Make Them Wanna Holler, Too

Britt Blaser has posted some smart thoughts on terrorism, its purpose and effects, incorporating some observations made by both Jeff Jarvis and Doc Searls. It's worth a read if only because Blaser agrees with me.

Brad DeLong has some observations about White House General Counsel -- and hey, this guy could be going to the Supreme Court -- Alberto Gonzalez and his legal opinions on ways to avoid having to comply with the Geneva Convention. Again, worth a read.
